It's one of the new taxes imposed by the Govt' to combat this global warming and help sort out the ozone layer, it is meant to deter folk from spending their money on rubbish like food .
The Govt' put this 'mink tax' to good use by employing another thousand civil servants who in turn will find many other things to tax in an attempt to curb global warming which could affect the earth in less than a million years from now! Unless the temperatures change in which case after 990,000 years you could be in for a decent rebate.
Hope this helps??
BTW, I have hard on the grapevine that football will be next on the list, people have been seen kicking balls around on our Green green grass, this of course cannot be allowed to continue!
