He can't get his original foreskin back, but there is a "restoration" process which returns the protective function of the foreskin, and some men say, some of the lost sensitivity. Please look at http:///www.norm.org - this is slow; it can take weeks before he begins to feel a difference and 1-3 years before optimal resoration is achieved. Good luck to both of you.

The only thing he can do is stretch the shaft skin so it will eventually cover the glans giving an uncircumcised look. This can take a year or two.In the uk the organisation that gave me information and advice is norm uk.Reversed mine over 12 year ago and happy with result.

Yes, but it takes months and a lot of skin stretching. Why did he do this when he was not sure he wanted it done? It's a bit like getting a big tattoo on a whim.
So anyway yes it can be done but it needs a specialist.

there is actually a procedure where the skin is pulled and stretched forward over a matter of months which can be done, creating what theoretically is a new foreskin. i remeber reading about it. if i remember correctly the men who underwent this said it was very uncomfortable but produced satisfactory results

He should have thought a little longer about that one. You can't get it reversed, he might be able to undergo some restoration exercises, but they will never replace what he lost.

a circumcision is irreversible as far as i know, they removed excess skin from around the head of his penis. i dont know that they would be able to or that a doc would want to attempt to try to attach more skin back in its place.

technically no. there are several strange looking devices avaliable on the net that slowly stretch the skin to cover the glans again.
but why bother. makes it cleaner/easier, sex feels better, for my partner and i anyways. and aparently looks better snipped and tastes better going by my g/f.
just tell him to be a man and quit the bishin

No they cannot reattach the skin the just cut off. Once they cut the skin off there is not much they can do.

I`m amazed at the stupidity of this question.
I assume that as you are married you must be over 18 - were you asleep in your biology classes??
