I signed (using a digital pen) for a parcel today which I thought was one thing but was entirely another - a cutlery set. I don't know who the courier was and who sent it - the only clues on the label are 'MMC 3476311', SUPER 48, 616HITC32C. MSW0286448, a long barcode and my name and address with postcode. with a ref. 265306. this happen to you before and what happened next? thanks

did you sign for your package from UPS or the mailman? if it was from UPS, go to their website and click on track your package. if it was from the mailman, call your post office.
