In the "GGW" video, they taped two 17 year old girls showing their stuff on spring break.
Isn't this technically child pornography? Shouldn't he get more than 2 years parole and a 500k fine, which is probably a drop in the bucket for all the money he makes?
Should he go to jail?

i, personally, believe he should have to register as a sex offender (as all other persons involved in child pornography are required to do), and that 2 years probation is definitely too light a sentence. and, yes, i totally agree that the measly $500K fine is a drop in the bucket to a man that bought his own island from the profits he earned on young professional porno stars flashing their boobs to morons that spend their money on this crap. you can bet that the people that worked on those videos and the girls that "starred" did not see nearly that much in earnings for all of them put together.
but, look at it this way, i believe he has another trial coming down the road, and perhaps that judge will not be so lenient.

i doubt he asks each chick- "hey how old are you?" before filming. maybe he should, but most places he was at were clubs which have an age requirement of 18. many girls use fake ids to get in. also, they WANTED to get in on the action! dont you see on the movies hoe they flock to the camera to get in on the action? i think the girls are just as wrong for being promiscuous and exposing themselves to some random guy with a camera. that couldve easily been me or you with a camera and some GGW hats/shirts/ etc.. claiming it was all legit.

I am not a fan of the whole Girls Gone Wild thing - I think it's demoralizing to women in general, BUT.....what were two 17 year old girls doing in that situation anyway?
Uh yo......where is the parental responsibility in teaching your 17 year old daughters to refrain from drinking, and for pete sake keep your clothes and show some morals!
What is the world coming to that girls would find that acceptable?
Yes, the man should be punished. The parents of those two CHILDREN should also be punished for failing to properly supervise their children and putting them in a situation where they could come to harm.
