NO you dont have to get used to her!
I applaude you for standing your ground.
your friends is probably nervous and wants some reassurance that she is making the right decision.
She is probably getting pressure from HER MOTHER to marry and could be secretly jealous of you.
I wish I would have stayed single.
YOu can pick so much better at 29 then you can at 19.
This is a great time to start cultivating new friendships
her husband will probably be the cause of her breaking dates and the like after the wedding .
Doesnt sound like you have lost much
She will call you in a few years to tell you that you were RIGHT

I guarantee after the wedding and honeymoon is over!! Reality will hit her!! Marriage is hard work and if she is as immature as she sounds, it's going to be very difficult for her!! She needs to realize marriage happens for most people in their own time and for others not at all, but that doesn't make them bad people!! Maybe she feels weird that none of her friends are married and is worried you guys are judging her for getting married!!

Either way, sounds like she is just in "bridezilla" mode. If you want, you should just tell her how she is making you feel. If she is a real friend she will realize. Or if you want, just wait, I bet your "real" friend will emerge after the wedding!!

Good luck!!

She has turned into a bridzilla! YUCK!! Don't worry, she will calm down after she gets married. I am sure that she is just looking for a little bit of reassurance. Getting married is a scary thing and I bet she is doing more convincing herself than you or your friends.
Just ignore her comments and try to be supportive and your friend will return to her normal self before long.

She's just test the water thou the rest of you. Remember missery love company, or maybe she just doesnt realise that what's good for her isn't for the rest of you. Enjoy your youth while you have it ther is plenty of time to settle down. Life is so very short so enjoy it while you can.The one thing nobody csn do is make up for lost time. You'll know when it's write for you trust me.

Saying that your friend has turned into her mother shows that you have become what you accuse your friend of being - judgmental. Virtue is as virtue does, so quit complaining and simply ignore. If you just want to hear what is pleasing to your ear, than you'll just have to find people who adore you.
