Without a doubt he will. He is the only QB to ever rush for 1,000 yards in a single season and also set a record by averaging 8.4 yards per carry which is an NFL record. Only Cunningham and Steve Young have more rushing yards at QB than Vick. But Vick will only be 27 years old when the next season starts so he has time to pass both of them.

No he won't. A scrambler isn't a running QB. Besides he doesn't compare to Randall Cunningham.
Oh and since you may wonder about my wording I'll explain it. A SCRAMBLER runs from danger, they don't even necessarily run past the line of scrimmage. A running QB sees his WR on that play is covered so he runs. He doesn't have the VISION to move around in the backfield and buy time and find an open WR.

Until he improves as a pocket passer, he won't live up to his tremendous potential but he's still so much fun to watch!
