You know, I haven't heard this one before, but I like it a lot! I have noticed, though, that children with descriptive names (Honesty, Charity, Modesty, Chastity, and so on) tend to be the exact OPPOSITE of their names! If you name your daughter Honesty, you might have a little liar on your hands.
I do like it, though, and it might be better paired with another name, so that she can fall back on it should Honesty prove impossible for her when she gets older. Honesty Elizabeth, for example, Honesty Laura, Honesty Marie...
Also, in defense of this name-style (words as names), the pilgrims and Puritans used words for names, to suggest a certain trait they wanted their child to obtain, or to remind themselves and others of it. Such as Remember Patience, or "Through Much Tribulation We Enter The Kingdom Of Heaven". (SO not joking about the last one, very sadly)

When picking out a name, think about this. Can you picture a 95- year old woman in a nursing home with the name of Honesty?

No offense, now, but whenever I hear a name like Honesty- any name that is also a trait, like Hope, Charity, Chastity, etc.- I always think of a bleach-blonde trailer-trash girl in cut-offs, wearing frosted lipstick, with her belly fat blobbering out of a too-short tank top. I'm sure your daughter won't be anything like that, of course, but what I'm saying is, if people hear her name's Honesty, they might get the same mental picture I did and she could lose out on a lot of jobs and respect that she deserves.

It is pretty, but maybe for a middle name instead of a first name:
Kaelin Honesty
Cadence Honesty
Ava Honesty

Personally I would pick the name Honesty as a middle name. Pick a really cute first name, then add Honesty, if you want.

It's a name I actually would never considered but I really like it.
You could always shorten it to Honey, as a really sweet nickname, or give her a traditional middle name, like Anna, Emma, Claire, whatever, for her to have other options when she's older.
