Sure not...but overtime your brain learns to ignore them so you do not see them as often. If you see a sudden increase in your floaters though, go see an eye doc as this can be a sign of a retinal tear/detatchment. Take Care.

No there is no cure for floaters. They are not a cause for concern either.

Just blink and look downwards until the floaters are out of your vision range.

No you basically have to live with them. if they change that could be a sign of retinal tear or detachment.
