How do you market apartment complexes for renters to buy properties?

you could send out a blanket postcard...bulk mail....find out how many apartments are in the complex...then address it as follows
current resident
addresss (minus the apt #)
city, state zip

make sure you send them all on the same day. this will ensure hat all the apartments get a postcard and you wont have to be nosy and find out the apartment number of each apartment...
