eunuch babies are not identified at birth, its only when ppl rech their pubertal age and when they fail to show any signs of development of secondary sexual characteristics, they are actually identified. another interesting aspect about this is that almost all eunuchs are actually boys who havent had their secondary sexual maturity thus ending up this way
