How do you cut an image from paint? I just want the image not the border around it so how would I do it?

On the left side of the screen there is a toolbar of icons, you'll see a rectancle made of dots (top right portion of the toolbar). Click on it. Then go to the top left section of your image that you want to cut (You will see the cursor as an x) Left click your mouse and drag to the lower right side of your image. Right click your mouse and "cut". Then go to the location where you want to put ypur image and right click again, but this time "paste".
