Dual circulation means for each circulation, blood passes through the heart twice. Once the circulation is between the heart and the lungs where oxygen is absorbed and carbon dioxide expelled in the lungs, then the second circulation is between the heart and the other body parts (excluding the lungs) where this oxygenated blood is supplied to the organs. SO in simple terms its: Heart --> Lungs --> Heart --> Body --> Heart --. Lungs

Wow, that is extremely high for someone so young. The "low" number (99) is especially high and that is the number that matters most. Firstly eliminate salt and caffeine from your diet...especially salt. Salt increases your BP and makes you retain water. The two somehow correlate too. Salt is found as SODIUM and other names on labels, and is also in bottled water, colas, juice...virtually EVERYTHING but ESPECIALLY all the garbage processed foods (basically anything in your freezer section or cans has way, way, too much.) THE BEST THING you can do for yourself is exercise. Go for 30 minute brisk walks every day, longer if you can. That will lower your blood pressure. Lose weight if you are overweight. The fact you are starting so young with high BP is scary. It can lead to a stroke or heart attack. You should get an MRI done on your head or CT scan and find out if anything else is going on there (ie an aneurism, tumour, etc.) and rule that out as a cause. If you have allergies you could be having sinus headaches too. Drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and vegetabes and exercise. Make sure you get your blood pressure under control. I've never heard of whatever you are on but it should get your BP under control and if it doesnt get a better doctor. You should actually be seeing a cardiologist in my opinion too. Your BP should be more along the lines of 120/70 or even lower, 115/65 or so for someone really healthy your age.

In blood circulation the blood travels twice through the body once the blood reaches to all the body parts from the heart and then from the body parts to again back to heart for filteration. So it's called dual system

Southpaw is correct; there are two blood transport systems, interconnected at the heart. One is for the lung to get oxygen and remove CO2, the other is for the rest of the body to deliver O2 and take up CO2.
