It hurts because of the attachment that you have had with that very special someone . its worth it because you have heart and have at least felt love and know what love feels like .
Never to have had love would be sad. I know what U mean is it worth it but I believe I would rather hurt than not know what Having loved was.
there will be a time that it will eventually come where it won't hurt so much anymore.

yes! that is what makes you human and not some android robot. can you imagine a life in which you never cared for anyone else? if you are getting nothing but tears and struggles then it only means that you are NOT with the right person. every minute that you spend crying over someone that doesn't care if you are crying or not is another minute that you could be spending with the one that is out there waiting to spend their time loving you. so get over it, be realistic and don't waste any more time from finding that person that is waiting for you to find them. go NOW! find them!

Personally i would prefer to have your passion for love and life.
to have this much concern about a person i could truly call my one and only.
My thoughts when she was taken from me in a auto accident, when i was with her it was heaven on earth i wanted to be with her all the time because we truly loved one another and would never say anything or do anything that would hurt the other.
We had full trust in our love.
If you find he doesn't share the same level of love and concern, and is treating you like he does his parents then you have no choice.
i would suggest you walk away. you sound like a very compassionate loving person you would be better off with-ought the tears and struggles.

Perhaps this is the type of relationship you need for this time.
It doesn't always have to be painful if you are in a healthy two-way relationship.
When you grow tired of this pain, you will find the tools you need to move on to where someone will be as equally caring to you.
Good Luck & Blessings

You have to learn to let go. Whether it's a family member, or the love of you life. If you care for someone deeply, but they cause you so much pain? You have to let them go. If it's something they need to change about themselves, remember that they can only change themselves. If your in love with someone and they don't love you back, remember that you can't make them love you back. Let it go. Free your soul. You can't control what they do, or how they feel.

The thing is, don't try so hard|
Just let things happen naturally|
If you do, one of two things will happen|
Either the person will come closer, or they will drift away|
If they come closer, that was the right person|
If they drift away, that was not the right person|
But it is important not to force anything and just do what is natural under the circumstance you are in|
