Okay I had a job interview on Friday the 12th of January. She said that she would be calling people starting on Tuesday the 16th. I followed up on Monday with a thank you note and Wednesday a call to thank her and to see where the employment standing is. She didn't return my phone call, and it's been 1 week since she said she would call. Should I call her again?

I think you should definitely call her again; it's rude when employers don't do what they say they will. She owes you some information or else she shouldn't have lied and said she'd call.

Good job with a thank-you note. Most people don't think of that, but it's only appropriate.

Yes. They owe you the courtesy of a response.

a thank-you note? weird...

you might as well call her again. if it's been a week, it won't seem like you're pestering her... but i think you pestered her a lot at the beginning, there.
