Of course. The judgment has to be brought to a court in your state having jurisdiction over the assets (called "domestication" of the judgment) and an attchment order applied for. You can raise certain defenses if you have them under your state law, but usually you can't attack the validity of the judgment ("full faith and credit" clause of the US Constitution).
