I haven't had a period since May and I had 2 positive HPT's in July, and a positive blood test 4 days later, and my belly has gotten big and every time I go to the doctor they give me pictures of a baby. Could I be pregnant?
Okay, I know I wasted my 5 points here, but it's better than screaming at all the girls that keep asking the same question over and over and over. Do they know how ridiculous some of them sound?

Aww, apparently I'm rude. Bad llama.
Do I know what it's like to wonder if I'm pregnant? Obviously, I AM actually pregnant. I also know very well how I got that way. Do I wonder what it's like to be anxious for it? Definitely. We were TTC. When I thought I might be, did I sit around and hm and haw and ask people online if I were knocked up? No, I drove my non-menstrating self to the store and bought a HPT.
Granted, some of these questions are legitimate, but 99% of them have been asked before. Symptoms vary from person to person, but with the THOUSANDS of "Am I pregnant?" questions, you can't tell me that NONE of them apply to anyone else if they would just take the time to look them up and read the previous answers. Also, things like, "I have a headache, can I be pregnant?", and "My bf and I didn't really have sex, could I be pregnant?", or any other equally ignorant reproduction question along those lines make me wonder how some of these people get through the day.

And yes, I realize accidents happen, but if having a baby is such a frightening concept to someone, they should have kept the snake plastic-wrapped and/or been on birth control to avoid it. Humanity has made leaps and bounds in technology, medicine, and the way we understand our bodies in even the last couple decades, but how NOT to get pregnant has not changed since the dawn of time.
