Tell him Valentines Day is special, but not as special as you....sure glad your birthday fell on Cupids day! Make him a cake, take him out to dinner, or cook his favorite dinner, either go out to the movies or a play, or stay in, rent and watch a romantic movie - then after-wards, when you head off to have some pvt. time, on his pillow have those little candy hearts, spelling out your love for him.
Also, if you have a Rite-Aid near you, they are carrying this year giant Valentines Day cards....they are poster sized, and just plum adorable for your Valentine. I picked one up the other day, it didn't cost me any more than a regular card, and I can't wait to see my hubby's face when he gets a card the size of the evening newspaper professing my love for him.
In any case, he is a lucky man to have such a caring wife, Happy Birthday to your hubby!

well, you could make a surprise party, but by giving him clues about it all day long. First you can prepare him something special, and you can then send him flowers to his office, or something special.
