3 months we started, but she didn't get the hang of it till 3 1/2 months....then she absolutely LOVED it. 8 months...we went away for 2 weeks, when we got back, she no longer wanted it.

My son was about 5 months before he realized he could jump in the jumperoo, and about a few days later he realized he couldn't get anywhere by jumping! But he loved to be in there, he would stay in it all day long! It was a great investment.

My daughter is 3 and half months old and we just started putting her in her jumperoo. She loves it and can sometimes get it going by herself. She has had good head control since birth really and has no problem keeping her head up. So I would say when your little one can keep her head up.

I started putting my son in his at about 4 months. He didn't really jump in it just kind of moved from side to side. He is now 5 months old and he jumps in it all the time. He absolutely loves it. He will play with the toys and jump around for at least a half an hour at a time.

My 4 and a half mo old son just got one passed down from a friend and we put him in it. Of course he doesn't jump in it yet. But we actually got him a walker a week before this because he loves to stand in our laps. And he holds his head up well. I just feel as long as they like to stand put them in something they can stand in. Because if they don't you don't want to force the issue. Hope this helps.....

We gauged it on when our son had enough stability in his neck. We had him in the jumper by around the beginning of four months of age.

I think you do it when they're able to sit up on their own but do check the box.
