i think he will leave...i think they are under achieving cos of injuries...but the gallas & cole swap thing should have been resolved at the end of last season...knowing that gallas wanted to leave jose should have ensured that he had an experienced centre back to come in, especially as huth wanted to leave as well...im sure he would have got sol campbell on a free if he had bothered to go for him....letting glenn johnson go on loan for the season was a major clanger....getting ballack in was a horrendous mistake...he should also have kept gudjohnsson...it wasnt jose,s idea to sign shevchenko & this is where the problem is now...from my memory, didnt jose want defoe or adriano...im sure he did...so, to answer ur question, i think its bad management from the top to bad sales & signings by jose...if the board dont want him though, then they should get rid of him now as the present situation is ridiculous

Give the guy a break....seriously.
- 2nd in the league
- Qualified for the knockout phase of the Champions League (not to mention topping their group as well)
- Qualified for the semi-finals in the Carling Cup
- Qualified for the fourth-round in in the FA Cup
- Has won the last 2 premierships
Bad management? I don't think so. Underachieved? Look at the above. Injuries to key players have taken it's toll. They are very much missing John Terry's influence. I wouldn't count them out just yet. Mourinho is a very smart manager.
Having said that, I'm a gunners fan.......:-)

It sure looks like it, whenever a manager moans about the chairman in an interview it is usually followed by the manager leaving and mourhino has complained on a number of occasions.
Theres no way a chairman can work with a manager that constantly complains about him to the media.

NO!! Chelsea have not under achieved because of management but beacuse of the lack of top class defenders.
Before Terry was injured and Carvalho was ill Chelsea were doing well and getting nearer and nearer to Man Utd.

I heard a rumour that Mourinho is going to Barcelona at the end of the season, as Frank Rijkaard is taking some time out of football

bad management? haha!! More like ever increasing injuries..
Im not saying that one man makes a team, but chelsea have had to resort to playing reserve team members; who have little and/or no experience, and playing against the likes of Ronaldo, Henry, Barry, Gerrard and Parker is not easy for a teenage lad.

For sure coz he is brewing a lot of bad blood with some of the players like Andriaty Shevshenko. Rumor has it that he is also not in good books with Abromovich and the current poor showing of his team is a good sign.
Long live Man U.
Mourinho is out! What with his arrogance!

Nooo...Chelsea has suffered injuries to several of their important players. Things happen. No team can stay on top forever. I hope not anyways...how boring would that be? Speaking of boring...just think how boring it would be without Jose to keep us all entertained!

No, he'll see out his contract in 2009. He loves Chelsea and he said he will if things sort themselves out.
