Yes! I am white and I treat everyone with respect, I don't care where you are from as long as you are a good person and legally here.

Interesting comparison.

Are you African? Or do you just feel for the plight :P I am a different nationality, and have had many negative experiences with African Americans, but I think it is also a class difference, not just cultural. While I am very outgoing and confident, I tend to hold my tongue on these occasions because I don't want it to be a black on black problem and I also realize that it is just going to escalate, seeing as we are both so adamant in what we believe. I understand where it comes from, blah blah but it still hurts simply because they are the majority here. I just wish that they would just ignore me. I don't see how staring me down is "winning" for them, especially since I'm not intimidated, more so annoyed. I am lucky to have many allies of many colors though.

Thanks anyways

Since Johnson's "Great Society" in the sixties, we've been giving them welfare, food stamps, subsidized housing, free medical care, SSI for their illegitimate children, and affirmative action. For generations we've been taking care of them from cradle to grave. How much more "good treatment" can we give?
