I think that those who would side with the loopy left and constantly blame our Country for all that's wrong in the world have done far more damage than our President. If the Democrats had just gotten over their shock that their handpicked candidate lost in 2000 and got behind the President as the Republicans back Clinton when he was first elected, then the terrorist leaders would not have been so emboldened.
The problem is that the Democrats all immediately launched into such vindictive behavior that no one could have functioned at peak under those conditions. I think that's why a lot of doors were close by Republicans, out of distaste for the way the Democrats behaved. Did you even hear about the mess they left in the White House when they departed?
They pried the Ws off of most of the computer keyboards. Othe keyboards were doused with super glue.
They turned desks upside down and covered them with trash from the waste bins.
The interspersed pornographic photos in reams of copy paper so that you never knew what was coming out of the copier.
They destroyed thousands of dollars worth of equipment.
The Clintons themselves looted the Mansion and only returned the rugs, china, silverwear and other items they stole when they were forced to do so.
It's unfortunate that, as a Republican, you've lost your faith in George Bush because he has not lost his faith in America. He has been fighing a war with foreign terrorists on one hand and fighting a war with Democratic Party terrorists on the other.
PS
Clinton did far more than his escapade with Monica. He lied to Congress, a Grand Jury and the American People. He sold (gave) missle technology to the Chinese so that now they can shoot our satellites down. He balanced his budget by not spending the money Congress allocated for the military and left us open to ruinous attack. and a lot more that will come out.
You know what makes me laugh; Bill Clinton is being paid 12 million bucks to write his memoirs and Hillary is being given 4 million for hers, and neither of those idiots could remember a single thing when investigated by the Whitewater Grand Jury.

Don't be too quick to judge.
He's done a whole lot for the economy.....that war thing is only part of the picture.
Every President has had a crisis to deal with, some came out smelling like a rose others hit the wall. It's the luck of the draw sometimes.
Probably the worst part has to do with the people who write his speeches. The poor guy sure has had his share of bad news to deliver and the speech writers haven't done him a whole lot of good in that regard.
So let's just stay the course and try to convince the enemy that they can run but they can't hide.....and give the guy some credit for the things that went right.

I for one happen to disagree. Just look what Bush has done. He went after and took Saddam out of power. He started the no child left behind law. And he reshaped safety for our nation's coal miner's.
I just hate people that elect a man to office and then be-little him for every little thing he does. Christ the man's only human. He did what had to be done.
I support Bush 100% and get this I am a democrat. So how about that.
What you think you could do better. Hah you probably would run us straight into the ground.
Everyone knows that when Bill Clinton was president Hillary ran the country.

It's funny to read the differences in opinion. The rich like Bush because they are the ones to benefit. The middle class under his term, have lost more jobs, more cases of bankruptcy have been filed, and small businesses have closed. The poor, well that goes without saying. Education has been cut again, taxes are higher, health care is slowly becoming a thing of the past. Plain and simple, if it doesn't affect you, then you don't care. That's what I see when I read some of the answers. Someone won't agree with me and they are entitled to that. Thumbs down, who the heck cares. Have some compassion for those who don't have it as well. I support our troops, but can someone tell me why are young men are women are really dying. If you were in there fighting, wouldn't you want to be home and protect our land here. I served my time. But I would not want to be in the service right now.
I'm done ranting.

There's really no difference between the parties. Both are just corporate puppets these days. If they weren't, someone would be doing something real about the environment by now. Bush is screwing up the Democrats just as bad as the Republicans. Everyone on Capitol HIll is in the same boat, along with the rest of the country.

Does anyone even know exactly what the heck the troops are doing in Iraq? Your country has already lost over 3000 soldiers...and for what? If someone could tell me what exactly I would be impressed. I dont think anyone has a clue. We are never told the truth. They don't tell us anything. Im a Canadian, and our troops are helping the US in Iraq and also dying....for what? If we didnt help the US, the US would be after us, so we dont even have a choice. Stephen Harper (our Prime Minister) is just a George Bush junior. I think its time we elect people that for one aren't so rich, for two aren't so old, and for three actually give a damn about the country's people and the environment. Cuz if you dont already know, the world is going pretty much straight to hell. Environmentally, socially, and politically. How sad.

I can see the blindedness in alot of people. I can't see how they can look around and be so close minded to all the things Bush has done to make this country suffer. How could Clinton have made things worse for the country? I never once remember gas spikes so extreme as to go from average $1.55 and rise to $3.00 a gallon when Clinton was in office. I can't remember when Clinton declared a personal war on a certain country because he thought he was helping them form a democracy when all that has happened is tragedy to many Americans.
Bush is responsible personally for killing the troops in Iraq, this is his war, why isn't he the one fighting it? Cause he doesen't have the guts. I know a guy at my work who supports Bush, and everyone else pretty much despises him now, I guess he should've kept his big mouth shut. I really think that nothing can fix what Bush has created, the polls don't lie, the majority of the country doesen't support this war and doesen't approve of the job he's doing. That's facts, not media hype.

What would you have done after 911 if you were president? What would you do if you realized we are hated by most nations that habor terrorists? What would you do if I told you that even though Pakistan is helping us capture people, that Bin Laden only had one place to go and he is probably alive and in Kashmir?
I discovered after meeting Phil Angelides that I am Republican and had a lot to say about it. We as a nation, (no matter what the cost) and yes I have many relatives and friends in Iraq, we can not lose this way anymore. If we pull out of there , do you know what will happen? We will become prey...
The day 911 happened, I didnt believe my eyes, watching the television screen I said oh wow they took a scene out of an indian/pakistani movie about terrorists and actually dared use images of America...and then the news anchor spoke and I said omg they actually dared to do it here.
Our ego is not worth a million lives, but if this doesnt work WW3 can happen...

President Bush has the credentials for deep thinking. He attended Yale and received a degree from Harvard .He also was a fighter pilot during the Vietnam War. If anyone is to blame its probably Dick Chaney or Even Bush number 1. The republican party should have analyzed the men and woman at the top of decision making policies more carefully. The Bushes I feel have a lot of questions unanswered, About involvement with the Bin Lauden family.who according to Michael Moore have thrown a billion dollars their way over the last 30 years.

a number of the illegals as they are reported as are working and paying taxes purely like every person else purely utilising a distinctive call. So what in case you think of they are hurting you Cuz ya comprehend what on the top of the 365 days once you get your tax return verify they get no longer something and that they are purely attempting to to take care of their family contributors purely such as you and me. So what if there are a number of them available that take the easy way and get each and every thing given to them by ability of the government. because of the fact there are purely as many electorate that do a similar concern. And the only reason human beings component it out whilst they do it is they do no longer look to be right here legally
