and take freshly crushed garlic, freshly grated ginger and tsp honey mixed in boiled water. Take small sips. Your tummy bug will soon clear up and whilst you might end up with awful smelly breath for a few days the sickness etc will soon abate (eat fresh parsely as it neutralises the smell of garlic).

My mum always said to just drink plenty of boiled water..dnt starve yourself but keep food to meal times only..no snacking and try to stay away from pure orange juice and other juices. (also some Paracetamol)

Definatly, i had food poisoining for weeks because i kept eating, even small things like dry toast where bad. Water all the way!

dry toast is always good 4 a bad tum, drink lemonade (but not 2 fizzy!)
