No. The House passed the bill, not it is on to the Senate. Maybe they can fix her "oversight".

Last I heard yesterday, Senate voted to leave it at the current wage for Starkist and employees in Samoa. This was based on the Somoan workers voting to keep their wages at 3 or so bucks an hour.Would wreck the economy of Somoa if they raised it. Now hows that for all you minimum wage raisers???

I dont think the Samoan islands are even considered. I am sure Samoans would love to make 7.25 an hour to pick coconuts

Again, I ask, why don't you neocons just be glad the vast majority of poor people in the US now have something closer to a living wage, instead of indulging in politics as usual, conspiracy theories, angry accusations, and a naked effort to bash people who are getting something good done for THE MAJORITY in this country? -- W sure hasn't done that, ever.

No, I don't think she's gotten around to that yet. Don't hold your breath waiting for her to be consistent with her public statements on the minimum wage.

The original exemption was written by those Republican felons Tom DeLay and Jack Abramoff.

It has been removed from the new bill written by Dems.
