I have been nauseous for about 4 days, tired, trouble sleeping, lower abdomen feels like it stretching/widening, urinating frequently, constipated, breasts feel bigger, and dizzy. I have heard that you can be pregnant and still have a period, but I am unsure. I have taken a test and it is negative. The whole month before my period began, I felt like I was pregnant (swollen boobs, tired, etc)

No. It dosen'tsound like you are pregnant. Not if you had a regular period. A lot of those symptoms are ones you would have a little later in your pregnancy especially the uterine stretching and frequent urination. You would be amazed how powerfull your mind is making you think something!

Pregnancy tests are not accurate until 1-2 weeks after ovulation. Knowing an estimated date of ovulation can prevent a woman from getting false negative results due to testing too early.

Random acts of intercourse achieve a 24% pregnancy rate per cycle.
Having sex on certain days of the cycle has pregnancy rates to 31%-68%
25% of pregnancies are lost within the first six weeks since the woman's last menstrual period
