Being a female it takes much more of an effort than it does for a man. There are a number of factors that play a role especially your genetics. Cardio is key to any workout routine and changing it up so that you reap all the benefits as well. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so a little weight gain is normal and should be expected as you begin to lose fat and gain muscle. Proper diet and exercise are best and pace yourself so that you don't over do it too quickly.

It's not the lenght of your workout, it's the quality plus dpeneds what diet. if u r in one of those stupid diets that cut carbs or crap like that, ull get fat when u stop dieting.
It's easy, for diet, just avoid sodas, alcohol and any snack. And fried stuff too. For excersise do cardio in a 130-140 heart rate rythm for 40 mins for 4-5 times a week and do abs every day.
Why do u wanna loose, u look pretty delish...

probably a long time. And if you rushed it too much and did it unhealthily, you'd have loose skin. Just keep at it but don't restrict your diet too much because you won't lose weight if your body goes into starvation mode. But if you're 10 inches too big, you probably can eat a whole lot less than you are now and be okay.
