Basically for equation 1 and 4 is about ionic bonding. It involves transfer of ions between metals and non metals thus for ionic compounds get the charge of each element eg. Mg 2+ and Cl- Bring down the charge to the other element thus you will get MgCl2

Equation 2 and 3 are convalent compounds involving SHARING of electrons so by drawing it helps alot more information type convalent compound kinda difficult to explain here
