My arcadia door is having a real hard time opening/closing and I think it has to have something to do with the buildup on the tracks.

Small paint brush or toothbrush with a Multi Purpose Cleaner, then oil with WD,
If you have a steam cleaner it would do a better job, then oil

Tracks of a sliding doors must be cleaned very often. Use LWD 40 on the wheels of the sliding doors. The bad weather
makes them dirty all over again. GOOD LUCK. Bath room sliding doors need the same treatment.

First clean the track with an orange cleaner, then spray track with LWD 40.

Use a toothbrush to scrub the tracks until its clean... Then wipe the tracks with lemon oil, to make it slide easily and quietly.. I have the same type of door and just cleaned mine.. Good luck!!

Clean the track of all dirt and spray with LWD 40. It really does miracle.
