im working on a cpu/vga cooling project. I need a safe liquid with a high boiling point and a low freezing point that can aslo withstand about 10psi.

I use distilled water, and have great temps.
Danger Den has very good stuff.

use the stuff you buy at your local computer store
its great
theres also some UV reactant coolant wich will give your baby a nice new look

for my colling system i just use water with some coolant additive. it's supposed to help with reduce algae, evaporation, cooling/heating, and all that good stuff. you can usually buy it at any comp store.

Have you looked into 'heat pipes'? How about Peltier cooling elements?

Water cooling is still unstabe. Electronics + Water= FRY

Heat pipes been perfected.

liquid cooling a computer is just plain stupid, dont do it.
