Sad I know but I want to download the old Nescafe Gold Blend ads that starred Anthony Head and Sharon Maughn from the late 80s/early 90s. I have looked on there but can't see a way of doing it. Anyone have any ideas or know of another site that allows you to do it without picking up any viruses?

It's okay, I have found away youtubex.com does it. Copy the link and paste it into their browser and download from there. Thanks for all your suggestions

You may want to convert the video before downloading though, as videos from youtube are encode in flv format, which isn't very portable (you need special player to view them).

There are a few resources you can try and see which you prefer.

If using Firefox get the video downloader extension. Then while viewing the video click on the video downloader icon and it will save to wherever you select.

there is a way
if you use Mozilla firefox there is an addon called
video downloader
heres a link to the download

if its alright with the owner you can download it legaly
if its not then youd be downlolading it illegaly
either way you can still grab it

yes you can but you only on ur myspace or wanyother thing similiar to that on the right hand side of the video it will say url and underneath ther it says embed copy and paste the embed section to your about me section on myspace that is the only wy u can download vids on youtube
