Singapore Teachers Union. They have a nice small pool and a cafe. They are situated in teachers estate Thomson Road.

Think you can try practically any 5-star hotels as their poolside will be bigger and thus accommodate more guests. One that I like is Merchant Court Hotel at Clarke Quay. The pool feature a mini waterfall and the area also overlooks Clarke Quay. It will be so beautiful especially at night.
You can also do your own research and go have a look at the poolside of different hotels. Once you shortlisted a few, call up the catering department and arrange for a viewing appointment and ask them to quote you a package price.

I had a party there once "by the pool-side" on the roof...the view is tranquil and fantastic.

All 5 star hotels should have it.. as for country club, sometimes they called in outside caterer, might not be nice..
