this will sound silly, but i've unwillingly convinced myself that a topic im researching is cused, because it is a similar story to that of Shakespere's Macbeth, which is supposedly "cursed". Silly as that sounds, whenever i think of the topic, i find it hard to breathe, like my windpipe is contracted or something and my chest feels tight....i can' control it and it stays until about half an hour after i'm done thinking of that topic

so is this mind over matter? is my mind strong enough to effect other parts of my body without my will?

what you don't, doesn't matter.....so get over it

There is no way thinking about something can cause these symptoms unless you are allowing that to happen. Check out some of Tony Robbins books and you sill find techniques to work through it. The plus side of this is that you will be empowered.

Satan is a bull**** myth created by people who want to exert controm over othere through fear. A total myth.

I think satan causes anxiety attacks.
which is what that 'thing' sounds like to me.
