I see a hexane chain with 2 branches, 1 2 carbon and one branched 3 carbon
start counting from the end with the closest branch

I don't remember all of the rules, but the first answer is hexane. The way I'm looking at the compound, it would have 3 groups: a methyl on carbon-2, and 2 ethyl groups on carbons 3 and 4.

So it's 3,4-diethyl 2-methylhexane.
