If she was taking her birth controls in the manner that she needed to - I do not see why she would think she was pregnant. The fact that nothing is 100% is true, but the chances are very very low - unless there is something that she is simply not telling you, like she forgot the pill and/or intentionally was looking to get pregnant, I do not see why the panic.
At times believe it or not, the fact that a woman is stress because she does not know if she is pregnant or not can cause her to have the symptoms as if she was and can even cause her period to be late. This is a fact; you can look it up online - so the bottom line is: unless she missed a pill - she should not be worried, of course, unless she wanted to get pregnant.
Men have to understand something, when you guys put yourselves in a woman's hand and believe that she is avoiding to get pregnant and you do not make certain that you are preventing getting her pregnant by using a condom or at least pulling out - well, that woman could change her mind without even letting you know and say: oops, it was an accident" - I know that it sound cruel but the fact of the matter is that I as a woman have seen this happen to many men with my own friends, I do not agree with it but they take the decision of having a child away from the father and into their own hands.
So, if she is pregnant, congrats and if she is not and you are not trying to get her pregnant, make sure that YOU protect yourself as only you could trust yourself..

New years eve being Dec 31st.... what is her regular schedule like? 28 days, 30 days, 31 days? Was her previous period on say the 23rd or 24th??? You need to know these things, you guys should be keeping track! If she's on a 28 day schedule with her last period starting Dec 23rd, that would have made her fertile from Jan 3rd-Jan8th and if sperm live in the uterus for up to 5 days... if she ovulated earlier then she normally would... yes she could be pregnant. A lot of IFs there though... but it's possible. If she's due today for her period she's ok to take a test now and get an accurate answer.

Well there may be a good chance of her being pregnant if u had ejaculated in her, however, if u had pulled out then the chances are reduced. If her period is late it may be as a result of the contraceptives as they have certain side effects that may affect her regular period flow. The best thing to do is to see a doctor just in case, so as to be able to deal with the situation if it is serious.

No form of birth control is 100%. She should probably get a test done, but more than likely it's the flu or something

hard to say. she could be. the best thing to do is test and see. the mind games not knowing can play are torturous. Just go do a test and see. And if she is then at least you know what to think about next. seeing how it doesn't sound like you guys wanted this, just remember to be supportive of her and no its not the end of the world and things will work out.

If she is sick, stress can make the cycle late. But pregnancy can also cause these symptoms. It's not to early to take an ept test! Don't want to scare you but my first came while I was on the pill!

if she is taking her birth control properly you shouldn't have to worry about anything. the day isn't over yet so she could still start. when she is a week or two weeks late, then worry!
