what if you have crazy dreams about an ex? does that mean anything? i want them to stop because the dreams are making me feel guilty since i'm with someone else......HELP ME PLEASE

When you dream of an ex it usually denotes that you have or think you have unfinished business with them, something you feel wasn't closed.
either that or you let one go in your sleep and the smell reminded you of them subconsciously !

First, dump the guilt stuff, it will just weigh you down.
Dreams are a result of our subconscience mind, this is a fact.
We may not even realize we have been thinking about this person, I mean why would we, they are in the past, right?
But when we close our eyes to sleep we are no longer in control of what's going on.
I dream often about my Mother, and she passed away 2 years ago. Sometimes she looks great and things are good, other times she looks really bad.. which is weird because she was beautiful to look at right up to the day she died.
I dream of an ex-relationship, which is weird because it was a bad break-up and I don't miss them.
Try taking charge in your dream.. try telling this person you have moved on and so must he. You might want to try saying it out loud a few times while you are awake as well.
I have had to say out loud.. "it is time for me to rest now, and I need you to leave me alone" ... say it as often as you need to.
And again, enjoy your new life and love, and leave your guilt at the door.

Hey,Don't feel lonely,i still have dreams about my ex and we have been divorced for 36 years.I believe that we have unfinished business.I have been with my husband for 34 years,and i love him dearly but I still have dreams about My ex at least once or twice a month.

You just have unfinished business and or unresolved feelings for him. And until you deal with it, he'll haunt your dreams.
