You make out a list of bills you need to pay each month. If it is a $600/month salary, the best way would be to divide your bills up to weekly amounts, leaving yourself a little bit of money each week. Living with this type of budge is possible, I've lived on that much quite often. I have friends that live on this amount too, and I've set them up with a budget of $600/month and they got all their bills paid, had extra money, and paid back bills..Before I helped them with their budget, they never had any extra money. You don't buy anything you don't absolutely need to have. Learn to distinguish between true needs and mere wants. In the end, the only things you really need are air to breathe, food to eat, a place to stay, and transportation to and from work.
