How do i get an email address called: hayleyg@long-lengths.co.uk, the email linked to my site?

I understand i need to design a webpage(s) but how do i get it on the internet, and how do i acquire this email address?

Thank You

Locate a host provider. A site that lists some good ones is http://www.findmyhost.com/.

Almost all hosting plans come with at least one email address. It's pretty easy to add a new address once you're a customer. Most hosts also provide facilities to transfer web pages and images (i.e. files) from your local PC to their server. Or you can purchase FTP software for around $50.

You need a Hosting Provider to Host your site. Once you have hosting setup. The hosting company will give you an interface to create email address. They may also will have Webmail interface to send/recieve emails, and/Or they will provide you PoP mail configuring information.
Once you have hosting, you can create Web Pages and FTP the files to the hosting server to get the files Online.

in the code you have to put

lenghts.co.uk">email

(don't split it up like i did here, i had to do that for it to show up otherwise it would have had long-...and cut out the rest)
that is if you have started the email account up.

If you haven't started the account there is probably a link on your hosting site (yahoo, godaddy...) that will allow you to create your email address for your personal website.

You may have to look for it but it is there, try do a search or help on the hosting page for the link and then use the code above to put the link on your site.

You need to get some hosting for the website which includes e-mail hosting. Most packages (if not all) include this now.

A good site for cheap hosting is http://www.titaninternet.com/windows_hosting.htm. They host my website for about £50 a year, and it includes everything I need.

They'll also help you setup, and you can then create your own e-mail address at your domain.

Sounds like your E-mail account has been compromised, or you picked up a virus. Immediately have your computer checked for a 'bug' or 'bugs.' If you have the proper programs, do the scans yourself, if not you need to take your computer to some one who can. Once it is clean of pests, install a firewall and an anti-virus program if you do not have one yet. I strongly recommend a program for malware and adware also. After you finish this, then go in and change your password, using a good strong one. Also, check your account information and make sure no information was changed, if it was change it back immediately. Then, you will have to inform your contacts that it was not you sending that mail, but they need to check their computers in case they were also infected.
