I think that you can get low fat food at any restaurant.
Its all in what you order..
A salad to start with low fat dressing..
Baked fish or chicken with veggies maybe with a baked potato (not loaded up).

I think that T.G.I.Friday's has a nice listing of low fat foods. They offer a variety of entrees and they have some wonderful appetizers that are low fat.

Well anywhere really, all resturants have salads on the menu, you can change them to what you want, like take off the cheese and meat & order a light dressing. Most resturants have a light ranch or italian. =o)

chili's has a "guiltless grill" section of their menu and right on the menu they tell you how much carbs, fat, and other stuff is in the dish
