i ended my period about two weeks ago but i am bleeding every morning (spotting) the last couple of mornings. not heavy but enough for a pad.
at night its ok . are my hormones out of whack. i am taking oral contraceptives for 6 mts now. i feel like i should just stop the pill at the end of this pack. not worth all the problems(breakthrough bleeding, mood swings, etc)
anyone else going through this?

It is not uncommon to have breakthrough bleeding especially during the first few months. However, if it is bothering you that much you should go see your doctor about changing what pill you are on. There are so many different kinds of contraceptive pills out there. I know that I had to change mine too because I was having breakthrough bleeding. I was on Orthro tri-cylclen and I changed over to ortho cyclen which is the same amount of hormone all the time as a pose to 3 different levels of hormones like in ortho tri-cyclen. So, you may need something like that that has the same amount of hormones in it the whole time.

When I was on Depo (The Shot) I had no period at all for about three years, then my doc told me that the Shot was causing my bones to lose their mass, so now I have osteopina. So she put me on the seasonale BC pack where you only get a period 4 x a year. During the first pack, I spotted all the time. It was to the point where I called the doc and said, hey, take me off this crap and give me something that wont make me bleed all the time. You have to remember I was used to no periods at all. she told me that it is completely normal to spot and bleed here and there, and to let it ride out till my body get used to the new pills. So after the second pack, I am back on track. Good luck to you.

you're able to no longer particularly get pregnant till 10-14 days after the 1st day of your final era. Implantation bleeding is in many circumstances purely recognizing, which in many circumstances happens around the time whilst your era is due. this is probably that your purely experiencing diverse hormone stages as a effect of your antibiotic use, and not pregnant or miscarrying, exceedingly once you're on an extremely low dose pill. Your delivery administration isnt risk-free on antiobiotics or maybe some hypersensitivity meds and cough drugs can impact it. It does no longer harm to be greater careful and to apply further risk-free practices next month till you point off returned.

If you've been on the pill for six months and you are still aggravated by spotting, it's probably not going to go away. Time to switch pills (the Yaz pill is supposed to minimize breakthrough bleeding) or pursue another method of contraception.

Speaking from experience.........
I'm guessing you have been on the same pill for years
If so... your body is ready for a change. This is your body's way of saying "I've had enough, I need a change"
Go to your Dr and ask them to change it. But explain your symptons first - they should recommend a change for you.
I use to have horrendous moodswings too til I changed my pill and now I'm no where near as bad.

If this isn't the case then you could possibly have been pregnant (don't want to scare you) or your health isn't so good at the minute. Go and get yourself checked out.
