It's been my observation that the Flamingo, Bally's, new York New York, and Las Vegas Hilton have an older crowd than many of the other Las Vegas properties. I'm 46, so I don't mean that in a derogatory way. Most of the other properties are mixed, with nightclubs that cater to 20 somethings. The Flamingo has Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, New York New York has more than one interesting lounge. Or, if you really want a once in a lifetime experience and a sure thing, you could try the Red Rooster, Las Vegas's best swing club. The crowd there is mature and respectful, yet extremely wild. There are plenty of guys over 50 there.
