You know those websites where they offer you a free item if you answer a "survey" . One of the prerequesits of receiving the free item is completing three or more of their "offers". All of them usually require a credit card. Is there a "generic" credit card number you can put in so you don't have to use your real number? ??? I'm curious.
You know once you put your info in you will either get more spam or your creidt card number could be comprimised. Answers??

They are just a scam. Why bother with them?

Listen to what you're hearing. What worthwhile company will give you anything worth having for "free" and then turn around and require your financial information? Even if it were legit (which it's likely not) I wouldn't do business with a company that would do something like this. It's just too risky.
