I watched it, the films starts off dull, but the films show what living on breadline is like, never knowing where your next meal is coming from, the film is based on a true story which makes it more believable.
Will Smith is a brilliant Actor, this film deserves an Oscar or some award
If you haven't seen it i would it's well worth it!

aside from the idiotic comments already made.
Its a good film. The reason I say that is it is based on a true story, so if you let yourself believe what you see as a near representation of what the guy did (albeit a bit 'chasing the American dream') then you cannot fail to be impressed. If you enjoy the story then some credit has to go to the actors. And the fact it is a father and son story acted by a father and son is quite impressive too.
Take my advice never listen to critics or read reviews - make up your own mind

I went to see it last night,and i thought it was really good.It's based on a true story.It's a bit of a slow film,but i didn't go expecting an action movie.Will Smith was great as always,playing someone real must be difficult,because you have to try and stick to the persons real qualities as much as possible.I'd say it's well worth a look.I cried at the end,but i'm a sucker for a happy ending!!

Very well made film but I was perfectly happy before I went to see it and it kinda depressed me then for the rest of the day. It could have done with showing more about the positive outcome.
Will Smith and his son and brill actors in it.

Awesome movie. Will Smith is going to be one of the great actors of our day, I'm convinced after that one. Tear jerker based on true events. Great drama!

Nice movie but should have left more positive images in viewers minds.... even though the ending is good there is no beautiful image left in people's minds at the end....

I think you'll find it's called 'The Pursuit Of Happyness', and it's shite.
Wlii Smith is a dreadful actor.

I tried to watch it but couldn't get into it at all so ended up turning it off.
