when i access the internet on my friends computer it asks for sid or username then a password what is this and why does it ask for it and how do i get rid of it if i dont know what the sid or username or password is there anyone that can help please

That's quite normal... you have to provide the info to access the program etc. Ask your friend, if it is their PC they should know.

That's wierd. Hit cancel and see if it lets you progress anyway. If not, ask that friend's parents, "What's up?".
