Justin Chambers aka Dr. Alex Karev - especially that his character has shown a softer side and isn't an arrogant *ss as much as he use to be. Although, I do love TR Knight aka Dr. O'Mailey. He's so passionate and caring. If I could put those two into one person - perfect!

1. Really handsome but a creep so, no.
2. Absolutely gorgeous but not my "type" so, no.
4. Alex is really cute especially now that he is nicer but alas, no.
5. Burke is a jerk. Apparently in real life as well. so NO!
6. Bailey is adorable. She is so short. But in case you didn't know, she is NOT a guy. So, no.
3. Gay in real life or not, George would be the one for me! He is adorable and very passionate and vulnerable. I love his character.
