of course it is possible. People are not perfectly symmetrical. Usually one side is slightly larger than the other.

Don't know about a baby but I did want to comment that my fiance's ears are a different size. One is smaller then the other

its completely normal. its kinda how a person has one arm/leg longer than the other. there shouldn't be anything you need to worry about. if the ear is COMPLETELY larger than the other, maybe you should ask your pediatrician about it. my daughters ears were both a little on the "awkward" side, and the dr said she would grow into it. she did. i hope you resolve your question.

Yes it is. On everyone something is bigger/smaller/different from one side to the other. It is just more noticeable on some people than others.

Yes,sometimes baby ears are "deformed" for a short while after birth due to how they were positioned in the womb.

Everyone is different....some people have 6 toes.....It will be okay.....and if the baby don't like it when they get older there is always plastic surgery
