"Anger linked to women's heart problems" - Rueters

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070122/hl_nm/anger_heart_dc

It's stuff like this that is so off the wall it isn't even funny. Lack of expression causes raw stress. What's worse is living in denial and the stress level pertaining to that...it's called bondage. Anger is part of a healing process. If a solution can't be reached in a situation that is one thing but assuming anger is all bad amounts to nothing but guilt games. Relationships need to be dealt with along with what we will allow ourselves to believe on the information highway. I think all people need to stop buying into this as it's too blame-everything-on-the-woman.

Stress/oppression kills there is no doubt about it ...what is up with not dealing with the core of the issue these days? Honesty is the best policy. If anything good comes out of this article it should be a wakeup call to those putting stress on women these days. What is your take on it?

I read the article and agree that stress kills and causes heart attacks and strokes. You are right. Honesty is the best policy.

I still trying to figure out how you got this out of that article? It just talks about the same thing they have been telling men for years except now they are including women.

Angry and hostile people are more likely to have heart attacks then the rest of us. Of course, everything is gonna kill you eventually so I figure screw it. I'm gonna live my life the way I want and I'll kick the bucket when I do.

Wow,thanks for the article.
I think the value of anger is finding a way to vent in a healthy manner ,instead of holding it in.
But I think that screaming is not the way.
Am I wrong for thinking this way about screaming to get it off your chest?
