You have to do what you are talented at, and what you have a love for.
Work in the area first learn the ropes, look to see if there is a small business of that you might eventually "take over" ie it has an older owner or is something that might branch out to another town.

First off, I agree with the first two comments that you should do something you enjoy. Personally, I love dealing with money/finances. So, I am involved with a "work from home" company that deals in that, specifically mortgages and financial services. If you are interested in the company, I would love to talk to you about getting involved and/or the products I offer. If the idea of helping people do more with their money does not excite you, then this business is definitly not for you.
