Looking for specials to Las Vegas from DFW. Anyone know of some deals? I heard Southwest now flys direct to Vegas but I can't verify that. I also heard that FunJet has some deals but their site is difficult to use when looking for low airfare with flexible dates. In fact, all airline sites are difficult with this search criteria. I wish a site just said "You can fly roundtrip to XXX for $XXX if you are willing to fly on this date: xx/xx/xxxx."

Allegiant Air serves Vegas, but you can only book direct from the airline. They go from Abiline and Killeen. I see a $21 fare

I live in SoCAl. Generally Southwest (Iflyswa.com) is the easiest and cheapest. I flew round trip once for $70. It is very no frills. From Burbank to Vegas is about 45 minutes. Take off, level off, grab a quick beverage and start the descent. I don't know if Jetblue flies from DFW but that might be a possibility for you. Try (not an ad) yahoo travel. They sometimes have really good deals too.

I've found that the best deals are on the airlines websites directly. Many airlines now guarantee that you'll find the best fares on their websites. Plus if you book through expedia.com or one of those sites they charge a "booking fee" of $5 or more. Also the only way to book a Southwest Airlines flight online is through their own website. Although, I fly a LOT and not once have I found Southwest to be the cheapest airline.

Most of the travel wensites have a button that allows for flexibility. Gives you a few days eitherway of the planned dates to fly.
Its a cut throat business and the fares change constantly. So no real way to keep up with them.

Try this site
