You can't actually "make" anyone change their name back, but you can request it during the divorce. The Judge makes the final decision and personally, I think it sucks (ofcourse this is coming from a 2nd wife's pov) :) Good luck!

dont think so i am divorced but i still use my married name (its the same last name our three kids have) i do not intend on changing it until/if i get remarried. i have had the last name since 1993 - it is a pain in the *** to change everything back to your maiden name anyway.
