one IN EVERY crowd, IF you took all the ones from all the crowds AND made a new CROWD out of them, would there still be ONE in it?

Yup because if you took one from every crowd and made a new crowd someone from that new croud would try to be THE one in that crowd and then the whole entire process would begin again. It's kind of like rabbits or rodents multiplying. Not to say that the one in every crowd is a rodent, but you get what I'm sayin.

Sometimes there are two in the crowd! They travel in pairs. If one left, there would still be one in every crowd!

The way to calculate the IQ of a crowd is simple. Take the number of people in that crowd, and divide by the IQ level of the stupidest member. That's the IQ of the whole.
