I love the name Sarah. It is very classic. I think Irene may be dated a little, so I'm not sure about that, unless there is a family reason for that particular name. I would give this name a 3, (If family reason for Irene-- 4)
Anna Diann is a little too much Ann. So i would give it a 1
Melony Elizabeth I think is beautiful. I like the fact that Melony is not spelled the classic way.
I also depends on last name. Try saying it a ton of different ways... (i.e... stern voice, silly voice, over the intercom at school, etc.)

Melony sounds like it's missing something.
These are all soft names, delicate names.
Do you have a name of power in your choices for a first name.
Remember, she will be an employee some day.
A lover,
A girlfriend,
A wife,
A grandmother.
Maybe possibly a leader.
Take a look at a World Globe and look for names of cities in different countries.
I once found a web site on baby names that listed how people perceive others by their names. Can't find it anymore but I used it to narrow down baby names.
Girls names that started with V were usually perceived as too controlling or hateful but made good leader's. L's were too fragile or loose. A's could be hateful and domineering. S's varied on the name. M's were too cutsie. E's were long standing or stuffy. Something to consider.
The strange thing about it, is the list was pretty accurate from the women I've known over the years. The guys names were not quite so accurate for me.
